Rockford Spine Center (RSC) is pleased to announce Dr. Christopher Sliva and Dr. Marie Walker have been recognized as Castle Connolly Top Doctors. All doctors awarded with this recognition are nominated by peers, then reviewed and screened by a doctor-directed research team. All four of Rockford Spine Center’s doctors have now been inducted into the Castle Connolly Top Doctors list.
Dr. Sliva, a fellowship-trained spine surgeon and partner at RSC, has been recognized by Castle Connolly for his expertise in a broad spectrum of spine surgery procedures – from minimally invasive to complex spinal deformity surgeries. Dr. Sliva and his partners are considered regional experts.
Dr. Walker is a board-certified physiatrist. Her expertise puts her at the frontline of complex spinal evaluation, diagnosis and formulating treatment plans. Dr. Walker’s primary goal in treating patients is to help them regain optimal function and quality of life while focusing on proper education of their spine conditions.
